1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the JUSTONE mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

JUSTONE is a freemium application designed to support daily reflection and encourage small positive actions.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal reflection and habit-building
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice

3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

JUSTONE is not a substitute for professional advice.

The App is intended solely for personal reflection, mindfulness, and habit-building. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

• The App is not a healthcare provider or mental health service
• Content within the App is for informational and motivational purposes only

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any content or insights from the App.

3.5 Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features

JUSTONE offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store.

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Premium: $6.99 per month with a 3-day free trial
• Annual Premium: $49.99 per year with a 7-day free trial

Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.

Free Trial

• New subscribers receive a free trial period as specified
• You will not be charged until the trial period ends
• Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at each renewal

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through iPhone Settings → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Refunds

• All payments are processed by Apple
• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store
• We do not have access to process refunds directly

What Happens When a Subscription Expires

• You retain access to Your World and Daily Cards (always free)
• Premium features (Challenges, Journal, Badges) become locked
• Your progress and data are preserved
• You may resubscribe at any time to regain access

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Results Disclaimer

Individual results from using the App may vary. The practices and suggestions provided are general recommendations and may not be suitable for all individuals or situations. You are responsible for your own actions and decisions based on App content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by JUSTONE and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Any provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect

6.5 User-Generated Content

Content You Create

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including:

• Journal entries and reflections
• Notes and personal insights
• Community posts and comments

License to JUSTONE

By creating content in the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your content on our servers
• Display your content back to you within the App
• Back up your content for data protection
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App in an anonymized manner

We do not:

• Sell your personal content
• Share your private reflections with others
• Use your content for advertising
• Claim ownership of your content

Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or abusive
• Violates the rights of others
• Contains spam or malicious code
• Impersonates others

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend users who repeatedly violate content standards
• Moderate community posts to maintain a positive environment

Content Deletion

• When you delete content, it is permanently removed within 30 days
• When you delete your account, all your content is deleted

6.6 Educational Content and Historical Figures

The App provides educational content about historical and contemporary figures for inspirational and educational purposes.

• Featured individuals are included for educational purposes only
• The App is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any person featured, their families, estates, or foundations
• Biographical content represents historical facts and analysis
• All content is provided for educational and inspirational purposes

Content Sources

• Historical information is derived from public domain sources, academic research, and published biographies
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness
• Users should conduct independent research for academic purposes

No Professional Endorsement

• Featured individuals do not endorse this App or its services
• Their inclusion does not imply any relationship with JUSTONE
• Quotes and principles are historical attributions, not current statements

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
